The terms of service agreement set by the standard of StaLinks.com service. By using the StaLinks.com service, you must agree to the terms, payments, and conditions. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Except as provided in this paragraph, this agreement may not amend.
Description of service
Our platform provides an online service for making our clients easier to buy or sell backlinks/guest posts. Our system will verify that all websites are confirmed to our terms and we also reserve to approve and execute all the transactions between sellers and buyers.
Member of usage
- We will not tolerate our clients to use our system for any illegal purposes, including violating the security of any computer network
- We will not allow our clients to divulge, record or abuse any information in our website (e.g. inventory, not limited to URL(s), descriptions and images)
- StaLinks reserves all the rights to determine any links within our system that directed to URL(s) that; not owned, has been deactivated, or cannot be found. Links may be removed without a refund and the account may be suspended from StaLinks system
Payments
- Payment will be made in a maximum of 48 hours (during weekdays, exclude; weekends and public holidays)
- The article should be for a lifetime and a minimum of 12 months based on months on the calendar
- Payment will be transfer by PayPal, Skrill, and BTC. (Make sure you have at least one of those accounts and valid
- Payment currency will be done in USD
- We are not responsible for any kind of changes during proceeds fees or currency conversion charges and any kind of taxes, (e.g GST, VST, etc)
Client account security
- After you registered your own account, you will get access to your own control panel
- You are responsible for maintaining your username and password that is confidential on our website
- You are responsible for your own actions that occur through the use of your account
- You agree not to share out your own personal information with outside parties (i.e. username, email address, password, company name (if there’s any) and transaction). StaLinks reserves to terminate your account without prior notice to you if you undergo any violations and others that are against our agreement.
Client information
- Your account information must be valid (we will not be responsible if you put invalid, inaccurate, or misleading information)
- Do not add any stolen information
- You are responsible for maintaining all information details in your own account
- You agree not to disclose your password and username to anyone. StaLinks will not validate any copyrights, patent, trademark, or property rights, or even publicity privacy
- Do not violate any laws, statue, or regulations (i.e. without limitation government export control, other client’s personal information, anti-discrimination, etc)
- Do not put human trafficking URLs (e.g. child pornography, harmful to minors, etc)
- Do not put URLs that contain; one-click ads or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally, interfere with surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information
- Do not create something that could cause StaLinks to lose all of the data or party. Do not add any links that lead to the opposite of StaLinks terms
All users shall not create liability intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information, link directly or indirectly to or include goods service that; are prohibited under this agreement; are identical to other items you have up for sale or rent/currently listed for sale or rent on a web site other than StaLinks. If users do not have the right link, place to or include in the publisher list, furthermore you may not allow uploading any links on StaLinks web site (or consummate any transaction that was initiated using our service) that, could cause StaLinks to violate any applicable law. A statue or that violates our current prohibited, questionable, and infringing items.
We will use all of the information you add to our website to help us to identify and verify your account. We will use your email address for verification of your account on StaLinks and send you updates of backlinks based on your interest in the future.
Publishers or seller’s listings
All publishers must be agreed to these terms or risk having their account suspend or deleted. This also may result in loss of payments and banned from using the StaLinks system and service.
- Publisher URLs must be qualified by our system (we use AHREFs standards), if the link does not qualify for StaLinks standards, sellers will not able to sell the link in our system
- Sold URL’s must exist/visible on the publisher lists at all times (hiding these links we may consider as system abuse)
- Publisher URLs must be complete and valid with working pages and links between pages
- Publisher URLs cannot consist of redirection to a different website or page. The URL that has been uploaded to the StaLinks system must be the exact address of Publisher Lists
- URLs cannot consist of harmful content or any illegal materials
- Publisher must have a valid account and contact information so that StaLinks will contact the publisher for the payment. (If publisher’s account is invalid, we may delay the payment and possibility to terminate the account)
- Publisher must not put links that lead to different URLs page. ( The URL(s) that been submitted must lead to the exact other “Link To” of the buyers)
- Publisher must not put links that contain one-click ads or viruses
- Publisher must allow access to the StaLinks system to validate the backlinks is valid
- Publisher URLs must be submitted under the category that fits the theme of StaLinks
- Publisher URL should not contain a reference to “Buying and Selling Text Links” or other terms which may be deemed by search engines to be in violation of their policies
- Publisher must allow access to URL from StaLinks system to validate that Keyword Anchor is working correctly
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- The service that StaLinks provide on an ‘as is and on an ‘as available basis
- StaLinks makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of our system in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, etc
- StaLinks do not have liability for any interruptions in the use of StaLinks platform
StaLinks disclaims all warranties with regards to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
StaLinks will not take any responsibility for any damage whatsoever and in particular (i.e. loss profits, loss of use, arising out of/or related to StaLinks or the information contained in it, whether if the damage arises in contract, or otherwise. Even if StaLinks has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, therefore some of the above limitations are inapplicable.
INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnification and holds StaLinks, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, made by the third party due to or arising out of client’s use of service.
COMPOSE AND INTERRUPTION
StaLinks reserves rearrange and update to new service or even discontinue the service with or without notice to the client. The client must acknowledge and accept that StaLinks does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or maintenance of our website might be interfered with/or affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of StaLinks’ control.
PUBLISHER INFORMATION
Our URL(s) lists have been provided by the publishers or collected from available sources. StaLinks always make sure that all the information on the URL(s) is valid. StaLinks do no reserves for other URL(s) that offer by other third party and you must acknowledge that any reliance out of StaLinks service will be at your own risk.
StaLinks makes no warranties or representation whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any third party, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any third party shall be at your own risk.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The client must acknowledge applicable law and compliance with such laws. The client must not use the StaLinks service in any way that violates applicable laws, international laws, or other government requirements. The client must not transmit any material that contains or encourages conduct that triggers constitute a criminal offense, violates any applicable local, state, national, or even international laws or regulations.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
All content that published and existed on the StaLinks website, including the design, text, graphics, software, selection, and arrangements are property of StaLinks and/or third parties that protected by intellectual property rights. Any use of materials on the website, including modification, replication, any form of data extraction, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior permission of an, authorized written approval from StaLinks official controller, is strictly prohibited.
StaLinks is a form of the official website. StaLinks trademarks might not be used in connection with any service that is not provided by StaLinks in any case that would likely cause confusion for the clients.
OTHER TERMS
By reading all these terms, payments, and conditions unlawful, clearheaded, unforced for any reason, (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall remain valid to the possible extension. You agreed to this term of service agreement that StaLinks provided. This term of service agreement and other agreements that have been assigned by StaLinks. These terms of service also apply at our discretion, in addition to not be superseded by any other written agreement relations between clients and StaLinks.
